MLS photography primarily showcases a home’s layout, space & features to potential buyers. Short term rental photography goes further: we’re showcasing the experience of staying there.
That means additional time spent styling, composing & photographing the details that make your property inviting. Cozy seating, comfortable bedding, outdoor entertaining spaces, games & local touches all help tell the story. The session combines room views with closer detail images, requiring more time on-site & careful editing to create a cohesive gallery.
Your photos also serve a different purpose. While MLS images typically market a property during its sale, your rental photos can support ongoing bookings across seasons. The higher investment reflects the additional creative work & their continued role in marketing your business.
THE DETAILS MATTER
When I arrive, I’ll walk through the property, turn on lights & look for opportunities to make each space feel welcoming. I may straighten a chair, open blinds to reveal a beautiful view, adjust towels & highlight the thoughtful details you’ve included for your guests.
Please have larger amenities & unique features—such as yard games, outdoor dining areas or special guest setups—arranged as you would like them photographed before I arrive.
A LITTLE EXTRA HOSPITALITY
We also offer concierge styling services for an additional fee. I can personally shop for a unique bottle of wine, local craft beer or fresh flowers to incorporate into your photos. These touches help connect your property with the local experience & show guests the care behind their stay.
