- Attempt fee base +50 when a property is not ready upon arrival or when notified to reschedule within 6 hours of confirmed appointment time.
- Saturday & Sunday request +50
- Travel fee +1 a mile round trip or flat surcharge. Contact Me for questions on pricing.
