GETTING STARTED

STEP 1


Create a profile on the FULL FRAME site. This will include your contact information as well as your brokerage. Here you can upload your headshot, logo, & more. This content will be added to your custom URL once your media is delivered.

Save the link to your homepage for future use & easy scheduling.

STEP 2


Enter your listing, aka PROJECTS address. At minimum, enter the square footage to calculate pricing for the services.. You will be able to return to the project later to enter more details & descriptions of the property, such as you would in MLS.

STEP 3


Select a package for your project of the media styles you would like. Your options are:

  • STILLS
  • VIDEO
  • 3D TOURS (w/floor plans)
  • DRONE
  • DRONE VIDEO

This is media that will be captured at the address of the listing project.


STEP 4


After you have selected a package (or skipped to a la carte) the next page of ADD ONS is if the package you selected didn't include a media service you would like to include.

Such as 3D & no drone.

or

Stills & drone but no 3D.

Scroll to the bottom & move on to scheduling.

STEP 5


Once you have made your selections of the type of media you want for your project, you'll select a date & time for us to come out. If the window you are looking for is not available, you have two options:

  1. Schedule an open date & time, then contact us to see if we can move it to your preferred date or time, or
  2. Contact us directly ASAP to complete the order.

DELIVERY OF YOUR MEDIA

STEP 6


If you did not close out your invoice prior to the project session, you will need to before you download the media, other wise it will have PREVIEW across it.


STEP 7


You will receive an email that your media is ready. It will include a button to download the photos which will automatically start when you click it. You can also return to your PROJECT in Full Frame & find the photos under MEDIA.

The email will also host your custom URL's which can be embedded into a website, such as MLS.

STEP 8


For a small additional fee, we can create a video slide show to add to your Custom URL.

If your budget wouldn't allow for video of your project, this is a great option to easily highlight your listing with a bit more interest. The four style options are below & once created will appear in your media folder.


STEP 9


In your MEDIA tab, photos, video in MP4 format as well as the Video Tour if you opted for one, will be hosted. You also have the option to build a slideshow & multiple PDF flyers.

When downloading your media, it is already sized for MLS, which is 3000 pixels on the long edge. The downloading speed will be dependent on your network as well as the amount of media you have & the server use from Full Frame.

DOES THIS ALL SOUND A BIT TOO MUCH?


Yes, it does. It was a lot for me to take in as well as present it to you. But....it's worth it. You have all of your projects in one platform & each project has all of it's media in one location. You can build flyers, basic slideshows, cinematic video tours (like above), you receive both an Unbranded and a Branded URL to embed in MLS or share to social media.
